30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes replacement filters for pet water fountains, used products, and any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.

Changed Your Mind?

If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your order within the 30-day return period, provided it meets our return requirements. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us After reviewing your request, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you’ll need to wait until it has been delivered before requesting a return in accordance with this policy.
